Our Approach

When disputes arise between parties, often they can be resolved without the need to involve the courts. Our approach allows us to be the intermediary between the parties. We also assist with developing and implementing a strategy to resolve disputes as early and efficiently as possible. From that point, we advocate on behalf of our clients, whoever or wherever they may be, and are focused on one thing – acting in our clients’ best interests, and obtaining the best possible result for them.

Because we focus on the facts, we are able to provide expert mechanical knowledge in this specialist area. We work with other professionals (including fire investigators & forensic accountants), factual investigators) and provide this specialist service to many of their clients as independents.

Off-shore assessing

We have undertaken assessing, supplying and installing of various mechanical units (engines etc) in both Fiji and the local surrounding islands, having assessed damaged fishing boats, obtained exchange engines or gear boxes for customers through our substantial supplier network in New Zealand, and other companies off-shore.
